Lighthouse Memorial Christian Center (LMCC)

Lighthouse Memorial Christian Center (LMCC)was founded by the Late Bishop Maurice C. Trent in hopes of providing a Youth Center that would give our youth a safe place to spend their time without the negative influences that plague our inner cities.

LMCC, a Non-profit organization (501c3) is building a Youth and Education Center which will be equipped with a Daycare Center, Gymnasium, Technology Center, Library and classrooms for after school programs and mentoring.

Lighthouse Youth Enrichment Program (LYEP)

LMCC established LYEP which serves high risk, low-income youth ages four through fourteen who reside in the Hilltop Region of Pittsburgh.

Lighthouse Youth Enrichment Program along with its Partners are improving the education of students ages 5-14.  At LYEP, students participate in a variety of activities including:

Tutoring/Mentoring
Reading Challenge
Technology Lab
Recreation
Violence Prevention
SPARKS PE
*Includes Healthy Meals
